1) Research “Google Latitude “>
2) Discuss possibly privacy concerns
3) Discuss other possible implications of Facebook privacy concerns
4) Discuss possible concerns of your image being added into social networking sites.
5) Do you think that employers could and/or should use the internet to research possible new hires or current employees?
The new Google Latitude allows mobile phone users to track where they(their phones), or those on their Google contact list, are. This would make find a friend or family easier when one is going to meet. But this can cause some privacy concerns for those who use it. If one does not turn off the feature then all those on their Google contact list can find out their location. For those people who like their privacy, this feature may be very pleasing.
There is also privacy that concerns Facebook. Facebook like other social networking sites is a easy way to contact friends. On Facebook one could post information about them that can be accessed by those they add as friends. Where you live, what your statues is, where you go to school, pictures, and videos. All these can be seen by those added as friends.
There are some concerns of your images being added into social networking sites. Like images that friends take on group outings that you may or may not want to post-depending on how you look in the picture. But there is not much privacy in this. A friend who has pictures of you could post them and tag you.
No, I do not think that employers should use the internet to research possible new hires or current employees. I would find it akward if my employer researched me through the internet (Facebook, etc.). I would perfer they ask me rather than use a socal networking site. Beside it is easier to lie on a socal networking site rather than to someone face-to-face.
There are two ways to convert binary numbers (01) to base numbers (0,1,2..9). The first way is through a chart.

The second way is through an equation. For example if you are trying to convert 11010100 it would look like:

Word Size
Word size is the number of bits that a CPU can process at one time. Processors with many different word sizes have existed though powers of two (8, 16, 32, 64) have predominated for many years. A processor’s word size is often equal to the width of its external data bus though sometimes the bus is made narrower than the CPU (often half as many bits) to economise on packaging and circuit board costs.
Barack Obama used technology and the internet to help his campaign efforts. His webpage has been very well design. On his media page he has various videos containing speeches from him and others. The videos there also tell others what he plans to do in various area for example New Orleans. His webpage helps votes better understand what he wants to do to change the country.
Obama aslo has a link to youtube. This is were informed voters can go to find his various ads online instead of on tv. He is using youtube and the web to inform voters rather than putting ads on tv. By doing this he can save more money but also he is using a more modern way of spreading infomation. By using youtube, which is very popular today, he is informing both the old and the young.
McCains webpage is very different from Obama’s. He has posts of things on the news. McCains ads can mainly be found on tv rather than the internet.
Obama used the internet to better inform the voters. He used youtube to reach out to the young voters.
